Jack Sparrow has the ability to lighten up any situation, any time and any place. He is incredible, quirky, witty and insane all at the same time. He always has the last word and even the most appalling situations don't bother him..
Come to think of it, he makes everyday problems seem non-existent. The "bigger" problems, well, they are "everyday" problems for him.
A few tips borrowed from his wisdom for life...
- I Am Perfect
We should all ask ourselves this question... And more importantly, arrive at the same conclusion. There isn't a penny of doubt when Jack concludes that he is, indeed, perfect.
Once we understand that we are perfect for the task at hand, there's no stopping from getting it done.
- Be Yourself
Heck Yeah. Between being "Me" and being a copy, I'd rather be me... Unless of-course, i could be Jack Sparrow.!.!
Very very essential to give the world a unique "You", rather than a copy.
- Get the Priorities right
Jack has his priorities... RUM. No matter where, how, when or what the situation is, the numero uno thing is Rum.
Prioritizing is indispensable. Set your priorities, and stick to them. WHENEVER, WHATEVER, HOWEVER, WHEREVER.
- Have your own rules
No fun playing without rules, is it? There have to be rules and exceptions to the rule.
If you don't have rules that you live by, then its time to make some.. and break some if they don't work. (On a side note, unless you are Jack Sparrow, it is prudent to consider Legal obligations!)
- Stick to your Values
Be the best at whatever you choose to be, but stick to the values you hold. Jack is dishonest and he can absolutely 100% be trusted to be dishonest, no second thoughts.
Trust comes from the values one holds and how strongly they are held. So gear up mates.!
- Get over with it.!
Easiest way to get over crap? Pretend its a dream. Move on....
Can't be stuck on the same page of the book and expect to find out what's next in the story, can we?
Dust yourself off, get up and get going.!
- Find a Solution
Be it Crazy, brilliant or downright Stupid. What's more important is to find a solution to the problem, rather than curse luck or wait for fate to decide.
Rattle that tiny brain, connect the dots, find your way out.!
- Not all Treasure is Silver and Gold
Money is not the only thing in Life. There are better, larger and more essential things out there.
